Maintenance on the licenses renews priority support, with phone support escalation available, and updates to the BellCommander software. For multi-site BellCommander web licenses, the web license codes will currently be provided separately by email.
To install or upgrade the BellCommander installation for version 6 or higher, exit BellCommander (File|Exit BellCommander) if the trial or a previous version is installed and download the licensed version below and run the installer to install BellCommander. To upgrade a trial or previous version, install the licensed version into the existing BellCommander folder without uninstalling the previous version. Then, download the BellCommander licensing file (bellcommander.lic) and copy it to the \Program Files (x86)\BellCommander folder.
For BellCommander version 5 or previous version licenses, the licenses will first need to be upgraded to version 6 by contacting us.
