All AcroVista software products come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of purchase, the customer may contact AcroVista to request a refund. Customer must agree to uninstall all licenses of the software products and delete all downloaded licensed versions and serial codes.
All AcroVista hardware sales come with a 30-day exchange policy. Within 30 days of shipment, the customer may contact AcroVista to request an exchange of any purchased hardware that is malfunctioning. If all materials are not returned, AcroVista may charge a restocking fee or deny a refund. After 30 days, customer may contact manufacturer of hardware for any applicable warranties.
