The download file, blwiz110.exe, is a self-installing file which will install BellWiz.  After downloading, simply double-click on its icon to begin installation.

Minimum System Requirements:
Windows 95, 98, NT 4, ME, XP, or 2000
486 or higher processor
16 MB RAM (32 MB for NT 4, 2000)
